- Bambalapitiya Flats Welfare Association Community Centre Hall available for rent on terms and conditions as stated below.
- Please call AO +94779208687 for Bookings and for availability on dates the hall is required.
- Charges are LKR 12,500.00 for the use of Hall for 5 hours, is the standard rate for Alms giving.
- For small functions such as children’s birthday parties. for less than 5 hours is LKR 2,500.00 per hour.
- Hall cannot be hired for functions after 9.00 pm and all activities need to be wound up by 9.00 pm because of the disturbances to the neighbouring Residents.
- Music will be allowed but not loud music which will be disturbing the Resident neighbours.
- No. of persons allowed is 50 based on the size of hall as per the Health Guidelines.
- An advance of LKR 5,000.00 to be paid at the time of booking. The balance to be paid one day prior to the function.
- No refund of advance if there is cancellation of the function unless due to government regulations for cancellation such as curfew.
- Ample parking spaces are available. However, blocking entrances to apartments is not permitted.
